There’s something magical about those moments in between—like the winding-down glow after a day out dancing under the sun with your friends at a music festival. The laughs still ringing in your ears, the taste of freedom on your lips, and your car decides to quit on you.

My trusty, rusty VW Beetle picked the perfect moment to break down on my way home. But she’s a beauty, and I wouldn’t trade her for the world. I sat back, waiting to see if someone might stop and help... at least I looked fabulous while stranded, right?
